This is a quick program, sort enough that I could do it a couple of times a day (and I could probably do it in my cubical if I still worked in an office). Just because it is short does not mean it's not effective. Just a single session makes a huge difference for my back and hips. They feel less tight and sore and more flexible right away. Can't wait to see the difference this makes long term!”
